Trigger BI to Re-Read Registry

Hi,

I'm a relatively new BI user and love the product so far! I see that I can add custom text overlays and then modify the text via the binary data in the registry. I see that Blue Iris Tools is doing this with the weather overlays (presumably). So modifying the data is no problem, but getting BI to read the new values does not seem to happen until I restart the service.

Is there a command I can trigger, or API call that I can make to force BI to re-read the registry?

I want to be able to basically display custom arbitrary data on the video feed, such as temp, voltage, etc.

If you save the data to a text file then assign that file to the overlay, Blue Iris will read it continuously.
