Has anyone managed to find a way to programmatically (preferably via C#) get a camera to take a picture, do ANPR/LPR and return the results by using either a HTTP get/post or via the SDK?
Scenario - a vehicle stops in front of an entrance. Person at a PC clicks a button which takes a picture and does the plate recognition, showing it to the user on screen and he can then open the gate after verifying the plate details.
