trouble adding 2nd local cam to ivm4200

I'm having trouble adding a 2nd ipcam to ivm4200 despit having them both on a few weeks ago, i can view both independently on browsers using local ip address but only one of them is accepted after finding them online within ivm4200. There is a message (also in pic) that says 'OEM device mismatches with the client version. Check if the face picture for the person in the device DAG.dll 5022'

I don't know about any face picture for the person in the device ?? or what that pertains to so was looking for some help if anyone has had a similar refusal when adding their cam before?
