Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Blue Iris setup and am hoping for some advice. I've set up my cameras to record substream 24/7 and the main stream upon motion detection. Here’s the problem:
Issue:
Footage from only certain cameras is retaining footage consistently (e.g., two months of continuous recording). However, a subset of the cameras seems to be retaining footage only sporadically, with up to a week of footage missing.
Camera working improperly:
What I've Tried So Far:
1. Repairing the database.
2. Verified that the missing files are indeed absent in the folder in Windows Explorer.
3. Double-checked that all cameras are set to record in the specified manner (substream 24/7 and main stream when triggered).
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm not sure if it's a configuration issue or something else within Blue Iris.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing this discrepancy in footage retention? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
