Trouble with PTZ. Don't work zoom, pan, tilt.

Having ptz camera from AliExpress.

After some days the pan, zoom, tilt is stoped working. Another features works well.
I connected camera directly to pc and tried:
1. Reboot
2. Returns to factory settings
3. Switch on/off

Nothing helps.
When I switch on the camera auto pan and tilt works fine. It means that is don't mechanical problem.

Check to see if auto-patrol is enabled. On these generic cameras, one group of settings often blocks/overrides other default settings. Poor firmware design and low reliability, unfortunately.
