I have 5 cameras on the house right now, and each of them have reservations on the router. All of them show connected with POE on the switch, and also the IR lights turn on at night. However, when I go to the IP address of the cameras, I get an error of "cannot reach the server" for three of the cameras. Granted, they are ~3 years or more older. Is it possible that the cameras died? Is there a test or something I can do? These cameras also were briefly exposed through port forwarding, but that has been turned off.
