Trying to install BlueIris tools, install will not execute

I'm posting in the main BI forum as the Tools forum seems to be for those who already have the program installed. I've tried repeatedly to install BIT, but get the below error message. Anti virus and firewall turned off- open to suggestions! Thanks

Error message shows you are trying to Execute a .lst file type that is NOT executable. This file type is usually a simple text file.

And, it does not look like you unzipped (EXTRACT ALL) the download before doing anything else.

The SETUP.LST file can be opened and normally will contain all instructions for the program installation.

Thank you, you solved the mystery. The same zip file automatically installs the program on my Mac side, and it looked like it was all unpacked on the windows side, apparently it wasn't. I did successfully get it installed- so thanks again.
