Social distancing at its finest.
Using up all of their carbon credits. 
Yesterday we had a birthday girl across the street and she had a pretty long drive-by including a couple of cops and a fire truck (their next door neighbor is a fireman). Then a few minutes later,the next door neighbor had a pretty good drive-by for their daughters graduation. It was a noisy morning.

There was more than one person per car, and they didn't have the windows rolled up.
Yes some people do not care about social distance, i can only pray for them.
