Tweaking My Sensitivity Settings

I guess I'm more of a Noob than I realized. I'm having problems tweaking senstivity on one of my cameras.

See attached picture. It is still detecting motion even though I have reduced the contrast and size settings (pictured)

On a previous similar post somebody mentioned putting it in test mode but I could not find this.

Any suggestions to reduce false alarms but not making it less safe?

Look into creating zones. There info in the wiki and videos as well. You can set it up so that an object needs to cross between zones before a detection is triggered. Motion within a zone can be ignored unless it crosses that boundary into another zone.
