As I understand it, packages less than 4.4 pounds from China cost less than what it should cost because of the UPU, the Universal Postal Union and that China is an emerging nation.
I wonder if this is going to kill the low cost stuff from china on ebay? The shipping is so cheap that I've thought that USPS must be losing money on it.
