I'm really hoping someone here has done something like this and can help me.

I have installed a Ubiquiti NanoStation at the pole in the middle of the round about and one at the office to recieve the data from the cameras mounted on the pole (5 cameras) to the office internet and it has been working great.
Is it possible to link all of these buildings ( indicated by red stars) so that the data from all of the nvrs in these buildings ( total 18 NVRs with 42 cameras) can be sent to the NSM5 (internet connection) in the main office? or is this beyond the specs and use of these Ubiquiti NSM5 units?

Nanostation is a very old / cheap solution for max 150 mbit/s bandwidth.. it's based on very old WIFI N standard..
and this point-to-point solution - so only 2 buildings...
you can pair nanostation with rocket AP for point-to-multi-point solution but the limit of bandwidth stays..

There is never solution called LTU:

You pair LTU Rocket on main building with any of the LTU clients...
in theory this is up to 900 mbit/s, but You will use mainly uplink (From Clients to base) transfer - so more like 400 mbit/s..

You should check how much bandwidth is generated by cams/NVR's...

And You should find any Ubiquity WISP specialist.... or go to any WISP forum and ask people who work on that equipment as WISP's is this equipment is ok for that usage/bandwith?

They should help You to choose correct equipment..

ps. You will need to use two or more LTU Rocket base stations - buildings are around of the main one - and one base station with base antenna supports max 60-90 degree horizontal view..

Thanks Steve!
I will look into the LTU Rocket base stations

The buildings are for a 50+ community so the internet connections are tenent owned
