No. Ubiquiti UniFi cameras are not like other IP cameras -- they have no 3rd party support. You can't configure them or view their video streams unless you use Ubiquiti's surveillance software "UniFi Video" to do it. There are two exceptions to this: 1. UniFi Video software can provide RTSP streams from connected cameras, which you can use in 3rd party programs like Blue Iris. 2. The cameras are able to host jpeg snapshots though I think they are low resolution and they are locked away behind a proprietary login process.
Anyway lots of other manufacturers have better cameras for less money, and practically anyone else's camera will be Blue Iris compatible.
I have a Ubiquiti AirCam mini which worked flawlessly with Blue Iris 3 until I upgraded it to latest UniFi firmware. Now Blue Iris can no longer connect to the video stream.
