Ugly IR plate

I see more and more the 3132's with an ugly IR plate.

I thought I have read that those were the new one?

But how to reconize with modelnumber? Because is see 3132f and 3132i but all with different pics.
 
3132 is the Chinese-market only version.

Get yourself the DS-2CD2132F-IS 2015 model is you want the new 3-axis with better IR.
 
That's the strange thing I have ordered a 3132f IWS and received it has the "normal" ir cover.
