I have a 8 port lorex fusion also running with BlueIris. I have two nic's on the BlueIris server and the second nic is plugged into the lorex switch with a static ip of the lorex system set.
I have 4 cameras on the house, all 4 connected to a switch in the attic which is then uplinked to the NVR. I also have 2 cameras about 1500ft down the drive using a fiber uplink to another switch. The cameras show on the NVR, but I cannot connect to the IP addresses of the two cameras from the BlueIris PC.

More info requested:

Your drawing shows 3 Ethernet cables going to the NVR.
If that is correct, please clarify if any are plugged into NVR's POE ports and which is plugged into NVR's LAN port.
Which switches, if any, are POE?
Are cameras 1 through 4 on switch assigned static IP's and if so, what subnet?
Are cameras 5 and 6 on switch assigned static IP's and if so, what subnet?

You need to be on the same subnet to reach the cameras in question, if not you won’t be able to see them at all.
