I have been going through instructions to get my HIKVIsion cameras to work with my unifi setup. I have enabled ONVIF, changed the security settings to digest/basic, synced times and managed to get it to appear in Unifi. It asks me to click to adopt my HIKVision NVR but when trying to adopt it won't accept my credentials. I have the same password for all the users but it wont' accept them. Any advice? Have I missed something?

I can't find the thread now but another member very recently had a similar problem in getting a NVR to gee-haw with a camera or two and after MUCH back and forth he found his issue.....he had mis-typed a password. It showed up after about the 3rd time he checked.
If you haven't already done so, I'd re-do the ONVIF user credentials completely as well as the NVR's regular user and try again...for simplicity making the ONVIF and the NVR admin credentials identical where possible.
