Unable to login to Uniview config

Good Morning All.

Does anyone know how I can get the plugin enable on the below? All previous research has suggested it should just say 'click here to download' but as you can see there is nothing available.

That is the browser most manufacturers centered their firmware around a long time ago and they are slow to make changes.

Thanks, definitely used to be able to view it on Chrome though I'm sure

Is this a camera or NVR?
My uniarch NVR (made by uniview) will work with chrome but the cameras require edge in IE mode to display the video.

Initially the NVR wouldn't work with chrome either but a recent firmware update fixed that.

If it's not working with chrome try using edge in IE mode.

Similar situtation with many, if not most Amcrest (Dahua OEM) cam's; up until a few years ago they required IE, then about 2019 (I think) new firmware required Chrome only (or Chromium-based) browsers.
