I've bought 2 dahua DSS4004 servers in 2 different company.
And my problem is :
My first DSS4004 is in version V3.11.001.R.20150326.291384 and my second is in V6.01.001.R.20160303.460668.
I don't know how upgrade my first server and so have a 100% compatibilities with them (ex. export/import data is impossible, because the 3.11 is in simple text and 6.01 is in exel)
I've search everywhere in docs, just a simple "config tool.exe" who give anything to update... I can't found in google the firmware upgrade
