Never noticed this before. When I look back through my alert clips after a while, ratherthan the alert being previewed, I get an information box come up like this:
Is there a way round this so i can preview the alert. if i select 'show in folder' and select the clip and then select 'bue iris video security and webcam software' it shows the information screen again.
