Me? No... this has been happening for many many years for me, sometimes it gets better and sometimes it gets worse. I just let BI tools restart it.

Everybody who has these issues really needs to log a call, how else will the developer even realise that there is an issue otherwise?

I was getting random shutdowns too, nothing logged in Windows Event Log. They seem have gone away after either 5.2.9.21 or 5.2.9.22.

I haven't yet. Trying to build a pattern of failures and self diagnosis at the moment. Getting close to that point, however.
