This mosfet named COON is burnt in my Dahua hdcvi 4mp camera. Anyone know about this mosfet? There is no information about it on internet.

The problem is that you don't know if the burned out MOSFET is the actual problem, or a symptom of another problem. Replacing it may just result in another burned out MOSFET.
