Good stuff! But when the cow crossed over into oncoming traffic @ 43 second mark why in the heck did the lead cop car just fiddle-fart along while oncoming traffic endangered the person (officer?) on horseback, the motorist and the cow? I would have pulled in front, yes even facing oncoming traffic with every flashing light I had....that horse doesn't have any lights!
