My god I feel so dumb I’ve spent hours trying to figure out how to view my hikvision NVR over my phone through regular data. I could view it over my home WiFi over my phone. Spent hours searching through this site and other hikvision help PDFs.
My platform accesss said ezvis p2p and would not work no matter what I did.
Finally decided to upgrade the firmware in hopes it would solve the problem. Thankfully it did and the platform access changed to the hik-connect p2p and now I can view live stream while not using WiFi!!
