Upgrade for my blurry IPC-HDBW4631R-ZS

Hi All,

After 6 years the dome has given up and is very blurry.
That is why I am looking for an upgrade for my IPC-HDBW4631R-ZS.
In the upgrade I am looking for a better night mode (IR), day mode is more than enough on the old camera.
Preferably no more dome camera because of the blur after rain.
A microphone.
Vari focal is needed.

My budget is around 250 euros and it has to be shipped to the Netherlands.
