I just upgraded my service for a new year. Dumb question but I got a new key, does this mean I have to deactivate the old key and enter the new one in manually? On both the app and PC? Will this do anything to my settings? The PC is working right now with the old key in the settings. But I am having issues with the app...which started this morning BEFORE I upgraded.
OPENVPN is working but the app wont connect. Apparently the app recently upgraded. Probably un-related but I had to tweek my alert folder settings last night, as I was saving the files wrong. The saved file got too big. So I deleted it and read about the proper way, size not time, and fixed that issue. But woke up this morning and no app. Thought I would mention it. I can probably work through the app issue myself, but noticed my subscription had ran out and figured this was a good time to upgrade. Thanks for any insight
