Upgrading CCTV

Currently, I have Hikvision DS-2CD2383G0-I cameras with DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR.

I want to upgrade my cameras to Hikvision DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL (2.8mm) which has ColorVu 3.0. Will I need a new NVR or will the DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR work with new cameras?

Is it a straight swap for the cameras or will I need additional cables, as the new cameras have 2 way audio?

If you are spending then go for VPRO NVR , you will unlock Acuseek feature to search playback by Text, Example : Person wearing a hat and backpack. Itll find all matches given criteria

Will I be able to use my current DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR or will that not be powerful enough with the new cameras?

What about the DS-7604NXI-K1/4P NVR, that has AcuSense, is that any good?

As the the new cameras (Hikvision DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL) have AcuSense, do I also need an NVR with AcuSense?

Do I need an NVR with 4 ports or 8 ports?

(I will be using 4x Hikvision DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL cameras)

It is powerful enough to be standard NVR for those cameras.

No, You dont need acusense NVR if your cameras are.

VPRO NVR is recommended. Because you get to have AI search. You utilize the maximum of acusense/acusearch/acuseek
