URL/HTTP Stream for BI to tablet

I'm trying to create a webstream directly from my wall mounted tablet. (Imperihome). It calls for Local MJPEG or RTSP URL: I have entered: http://192.168.1.5:8081/mjpg/front/video.mjpg

But there's a streaming error. Any thoughts?? I have RTSP disabled in the camera and checked BI web server is set to port 8081

Disreagard... I was able to get it working by enbaling user "anonymous". That won't let outside individuals access as long as i have that NON-LAN ONLY set in BI correct?
