I have a Netgear ReadyNas Duo v2 with Gigabit Ethernet that i'd like to leverage as my storage for recorded video in BlueIris. I dont have BlueIris yet, nor the PC that will run it - i'm spec'ing all that out now... i'm considering getting an intel core i7 4th gen, with 8gb ram and 128Gb SSD drive for the pc, but using the ReadyNas for the actual storage of the camera video. I dont think this should be much of an issue as only motion would be recorded, which is not going to be the majority of the time. Has anyone else tried this sort of setup? Any suggestions, comments? Thanks!
