Very small IP camera

Hallo,
Im looking for a small IP camera as PEEPHOLE in a front door.
The peephole is 12 mm diameter and is 4 cm deep.

I found a camera on the internet with a kind of extention lens.
But the lens is like a zoom and the quality of the image is really really bad.
It is a very big zoom and all image are blurry.
Although the camera is 1280 x 720 dpi and is POE !

Does anyone know a solution to put a camera in a peephole of a front door ?

I've seen peep hole cameras for doors, where it has a whole unit that replaces your existing peep hole.
Look on ebay for an idea, and go from there.
