I've enabled video highlighting and I'm not quite sure what the colors mean.

Green seems to be obvious movement. There is also a purple that sometimes surrounds the green, but I've also had my motion trigger go off and all I see is large blocks of purple on a seemingly unmoving surface.

Is there any legend to the color overlays?

Thanks!

This is out of the BI help file regarding highlight motion.

"This will cause each image to be overlaid with a representation of the motion in that image. That is, what's changed from one frame to the next will be shown with a blue or green overlay, depending on whether the change is either internally positive or negative. If using the Object detect/reject feature, you may also select to show the object rectangle."
