We have been a long time Hikvision installers recently we have installed a 7608 with 3MP cameras 2.8mm lens at customers place, and we did our usual configuration. The following issue is a very first one for us, and no one seems to have an answer. We have set up the remote viewing on a cell phone (4500) and a laptop (4200). Via port forwarding. The customer is not happy with the video quality over the remote setup and is holding our payment.
1- when a clear option is selected the screen freeze and crashes on the both devices.
2-When recording on the laptop via remote setup the video quality is below 360P.
