I’ve picked up a Vivotek ND 8231 network video recorder. I have been trying to manually add some of my network ip camera to it but keep getting the message “ camera is disconnected”. I know some of my cameras (ex cleverloop) are likely connected because I can change the camera password to get a “no permission“ message. The manual setup procedure requires me to add the IP address that I am applying but with no luck. Has anyone got some advice please as to what I can do to see my cameras with this NVR box? Or is it only able to see Vivotek cameras? Thanks.
