My hope was to use my Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW camera at my front door to 'speak to/with' whoever might be knocking. If I'm logged into the camera's web page interface, that function works pretty good. Unfortunately, since I'm using Blue Iris exclusively (and have no port forwarding enabled for any of my cameras), I can't use the intercom feature. For whatever reason, BI simply doesn't work well or consistently with this two-way voice.
So, as an alternative, I'm looking for an IP-based speaker (two-way preferred) that I can use to shout instructions through at UPS/FedEx. Does such a thing exist?
Ideally, it should have an app or other quickly-accessible interface that will allow the user to initiate the speaker as quickly as possible.
