Received a VTH5221DW-S1 and -after supplier provided information that this can be updated- to version General_VTH52X1D_Eng_P_V3.000.0012000.0.R.20180731.bin
Long story short, it came up again without any issues, changed IP address and suddenly it freeze and did not come back. It`s stuck at "Welcome" screen. Loading bar goes through one time, gets stuck second time, display goes black and comes back at a point with same issue.
Maybe anyone any idea on how to resolve this?
