I have a problem. I update my VTO 2000a to firmware version 4 but this version is not okay (not support many things like keypad) and i would like to downgrade to version 3. Then i downloaded from dahua wiki General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_V3.120.0000.0.R.20180613, I used ConfigTool. Everything is fine, the config tool does not throw any errors (maybe a small defect that I did not check the cleanup date). After reboot, neither config Tool can see VTO, neither can VTH, and I can't enter WEB interface. But I can see the VTO is responding to the ping as I send to the IP. And I have a question what to do? I need fast fix that and I will be very grateful for your help.

for future ones - Support told me that I uploaded a new version but for the wrong model. The downgrade failed BUT I was able to upload the correct new firmware from the config tool (but some old version 2). And I uploaded the language pack using the config tool
