VTO3211D-P1-S2 Push notifications issue

Hey there!
greetings from Italy.

I'm a (quite) happy owner of a Dahua intercom system based on main station VTO3211D-P1 connected to 2 VTH2421F-P internal monitor in a Villa configuration.

Once I put all those in service I used DMSS app installed on a OnePlus Nord device, running Android 12.

It was simple adding the VTO and getting Push notifications.
A month ago, I moved toward a Samsung S22 Ultra device, making the same setup of the OnePlus, but no way to get the Push notifications coming from the VTO. BTW, I have a DHI NVR too, and it pushes all notifications with no probs.
I noticed a fact: on OnePlus in notifications setup of the app itself, I got 2 categories: DMSSAlarm and DMSSVTO. This is not true in S"", where I only have the DMSSAlarm Notifications category.

I'm looking for some hints from you, and if somebody experienced this issue as well.
uh, my wife has a Realme 8 Pro (android 13) and same issue there.

Last week I put one in and the husbands phone I had to go in and allow other notifications. Wife’s phone, both androids I did not.

Sorry can't get the point.
Is there some other setup I could do? Where?

I'm using a S20 and my wife a S10. Both form Vodafone market. I've just tried to change settings but without success.
Did you solve it? if so, would you mind tell me how?

Ciao Filippo.
I've solved the issue by updating the FW of VTO and VTH devices to latest available firmware. then the app consequently has been able to provide the right notifications.
