hi guys i currently have the hikvision 7608 nvr and was wondering if the wbox 3mp cameras would work within the ivms app along side my other cameras

Yes, wbox cameras work with Hikvision NVRs.

Wbox is ADI house brand, made by Hikvision, you should be fine.
