Webwarrior TVR-H16240-2IPE Data Error to VMS-4200

We have a handful of NVRs from WebWarrior; unfortunately, it looks like they are all different model types. This particular TVR-H16240-2IPE in question appears in SADP and CMS with all the cameras on my Macbook when connected to WiFi or Ethernet. However, our Facilities team on Windows 10 Pro using VMS-4200 can not get VMS-4200 to receive data from the NVR. The error is message 10, something along the line of connected timed out receiving data. The credentials are correct, and I access the NVR from the browser both machines; that said, neither one have a browser plug-in that works to view the feed. I can also ping the NVR from both machines.

The lost access to seeing the camera within the month, while they were still on Windows 7. We migrated to Windows 10 Pro recently and they still cannot see the camera. Attempted - disable Windows Firewall, check credentials, check config on NVR. I could be wrong, but it feels like a VLAN/port config network or firewall issue. We have a Sonicwall Firewall and a mix of Cisco Switches.
