What are your preferred Video Settings on your Dahua IP cams?

Just thought I'd make an informal poll of ipcamtalk users to find out what your preferred settings are:

Encode mode?
Smart Codec: I would assume most everyone has it turned off.
Resolution: I would assume everyone is using the highest resolution.
Frame Rate?
Bit Rate Type?
Bit Rate?
I Frame Interval?
Sub Stream?

This is what I have mine set to:
Encode mode: H.264 or H.264H if available
Smart Codec: OFF
Resolution: Highest resolution
Frame Rate: 15
Bit Rate Type: CBR
Bit Rate: 4096 for my 4MP cams, 3072 for my 2MP cams
I Frame Interval: 30
Sub Stream: Disabled
