Ok, now Xmas is over and we all know everyone got brand spankin new cams, that means that some of you have some "lightly used" cams sitting around that you got a year or two ago, that will now be collecting dust. Post e'm if you got e'm. What does everyone got that they are willing to potentially move to a new home for a mutually agreed upon decent price?

Geez, I joined the right site. I feel right at home.......Bunch of damn hoarders on here........:lol:

I have a Zonet and a Wanscam, both 640x480 / .3 MP (that's POINT THREE !) from circa 2011 (I think) that I'll glady part with BUT......pretty sure the shipping will be a lot more thn their worth. But, I'm sentimentally attached to both since they got me started.

You never forget your first IP camera! :lmao:

Yep, still have it. Haven't used in in about 8 or 10 years. It just sits in the cabinet, collecting dust. It is an old Amcrest indoor PTZ. Nothing to write home about. I figured that out the first 15 minutes I had it. That started my journey into buying cameras and then putting them on the shelf.

I got a couple of GeoVision cams still abandoned in the trees on the farm that I mounted them in years ago, I got a Panasonic (I don't even what the hell it is) still mounted on the covered porch ceiling that was abandoned years ago, I have a high dollar Hikvision PTZ that the lightning got a year or so ago in my carport, abandoned in place in the carport, I have a few brand new Dahuwa, HikVision and EmpireTech various type cams still sitting in boxes, that I guess will stay there until I can decide what application I want to use them in and where I want to mount them. Not to mention all of the cams I have mounted and are currently using. You just can't have enough cams. It's an illness, I tell ya. The CFO even approved me getting a EmpireTech PTZ4K45X-AI. I went to pull the trigger on it just before Xmas and @Andy had sold the last one in stock 2 days before. :( I need a supermarket of cams sitting on a shelf, that I can grab one when I get an itch to view something new outside!! :wtf: At the rate I am going, I am going to need an additional 16 port POE+ switch, as the ports are getting slim for pickins on my current 16 port. Might as well start mounting everything in a 19" rack, as my dedicated wall space for mounting switches and routers is all filled up, then I'll need to upgrade my PC to run the additional cams on BI.......Illness, I tell ya.........

I've got some old Amcrest 2MP with the LED circle around the lens and a few Hikvision's of about the same vintage that I'd part with for shipping cost. We should have a "Pay it forward" thread here for stuff people no longer want that's just taking up closet space.
Sounds like a great idea! I have a few cams I could stand to offload that I know I will never use. I don't know if anyone would want them. Pretty old technology when you look at what is available today. I guess if someone wanted something to tinker with without breaking the bank.

I have 15 HDCVI 2MP varifocals I need to get rid of. pulled from a job couple years ago and just sitting around taking up space. these are Actually very good cameras compared to most analog crap I have installed in the passed.
