Anyone doing the exact same thing would be charged with a dozen felony charges!
Regardless, in the video you see the idiot cop light his partner on fire. The kid obviously received the most harm and damage per the reporter.
You have to wonder if you just lit someone on fire would you think placing him on the ground in hand cuffs is helpful?!?
Betcha his partner was being oozed with all the love an attention because he burnt a few whiskers off his leg.
How it could cost 7 million dollars for treatment is beyond me. Seems to be (let’s make up some random numbers) and print it off for the schmuck to pay.
