what is the correct firmware for my DS-2DF8C842IXS-AELW? it does not do auto tracking anymore

it was a camera from B&H but the last time I asked I was given a snotty reply

I have version V5.5.801 build 210628 and I am hoping an update will fix that

google came up with this one DS-2DF8C842IXS-AELW

firmware is down the bottom with note Firmware_V5.8.6_240124 but while looking down the list of compatible cameras my brain goes haywire and I am never sure if mine is on the list so any help would be greatly appreciated
 
That firmware seems to be for the (T5) revision of the camera (H8 series)... From your old post, it looks like you have the (T2) revision (H5 series) camera:

It's so annoying that Hikvision EOL's the older revisions of the same camera model.

Any Ideas on what i can do to get this camera to auto track again?
I am thinking of taking it down and bringing it inside to reload he firmware right now it is 275 foot run to the 8 port POE high output switch and 55 feet to the camera
I really miss the euro tracking

I would try loading the V5.5.800 release 211009 that is listed on the US website... that should be the correct firmware for the camera.

Not sure where you got the V5.5.801 build 210628 firmware you are currently running... it's a newer version with an older release date?

I don't think you need to take the camera down to try the firmware update?
