What's the difference in these cables?

I'm getting ready to wire my house and want to put in a cable that will be upgradeable in the future. What would be the main difference? 350MHz vs 500MHz? And would either be the best to wire up for 2-4-5 mp cameras?

Is there a better cable than that one? In the scheme of things cable is one of the cheaper components in the install. I don't mind spending money on quality cable.

but only if you also use the metallic shielded connectors with em.. and they can be quite the pain to terminate.

SO I have always thought of Belden as the gold standard. They are for real and actually test their cables (sweep).
Sure they cost twice as much. I have used the UBNT tough cable and it is OK. Particularly if outdoors or using a UBNT product that really needs someting to be grounded to. Not sure I would use it indoors in a new install. I would probably want Cat 6. I like Belden. Lots of folks here like monoprice but I have no experience as to whether or not it is tested to be what the specs say (sweep). Nayr works in data centers with premises cable and the like so I would imagine he has experience with these things. I just don't see tough cable indoors.
