when downloading video from smart pss, it plays back 8 hours of video in 6 min.

You have to set a start and stop time on the clip you want to download.
Click the scissors icon and it will set the start time, then drag the righthand red line and to where you want the clip to stop.
Next click the scissor icon again and your download will start.

That i understand. i use flir cloud and i do that all the time and i have no issues.
my issue is with Smart PSS. I use the clip tool and clip for example a 60 min video. but when i go and watch it, the entire video seems like its playing back at 16x speed. it wont play at normal speed. for some reason its all sped up. it wont play in realtime.

ive tried all formats. and ive tried windows media player and vlc. even chrome and they all play back like if its sped up.
