Hi all,

I've recently purchased some DS-2CD2387G2H-LISU/SL cameras with an M2 NVR. I'm having trouble setting up the White Light to turn on only if line crossing event is triggered. However it seems like motion detection also triggers the white light.

Is it possible to do this within the camera settings? I've been playing around with Scheduled Image Settings on "Motion Detection" page. However I still can't figure out how to not trigger the white light when motion is detected.

Thank you in advance.

This person on another forum below claims that a firmware downgrade supplied to him by Hiklvision provided a menu in the camera's webGUI to configure the white LED to come on with a line crossing detection. Have you searched your cam's webGUI for such a menu?

Thank you @TonyR. Line crossing does trigger the white light on mine. However, I want to disable white light on basic motion detection. Is it possible on the camera or NVR? Thank you.
