Hello, we have a few DS-2CD2051G1-IDW1 running the firmware V5.5.82 build 190130, also had some older models which had the same issue.
We were never able to make Hikvision camers to send emails using some other email server but Google mail, whatever valid SMTP credentials are put are being rejected by cameras with same error in case it's not Gmail. Have anyone managed to make those cameras work with Postfix or Exim SMTP software hosted on your own servers ?
Worth mentioning that we also tried SMTP providers such as Yandex and Zoho, that are also giving same errors.
