Noticed this occurring for a while now, anytime I change a setting (or just click OK) I am greeted with the rainbow splash for as long as it remains unless I go and change 3-5 other settings or at least click OK after going into Properties, only then will the video emerge. If just 1 camera, forget it, it simply will not refresh the camera and the multicolored bars remain. CPU usage is in the 50's. Or i can shut down BI and restart it, but then I have to go downstairs and restart the Ipad apps-wall mounted.
