I setup a new dell i5 8500T micro.
moved setting key etc.. I wanted to do a test for cpu % with 12 live cameras currently cpu 40-50%... But when I open a RDP connection. 12-18% CPU with blue iris admin open.. Can someone explain that... why would RDP make cpu % go down. Then as soon as I log out of rdp connection cpu goes back to 40-50%.. power settings high perf. anything set to never etc in windows. blue iris hw acc on and 15fps all cameras. intel and limit decode checked.. and Yes I did check task manager it's all blue iris. And some system stuff 8-10%. I'm lost...and nothing to do. lets break things...LOL cisco switches NEXT.
