WiFi Solar Camera (stay with me)

First - I KNOW THIS IS NOT IDEAL!

Now that is out of the way, hear me out.

I have a creek that runs through the back yard. I can’t see it well from the house. I want to monitor the water level so I know if we are in any real flood danger.
I have modest WiFi at the creeks edge - about 25/25 mbps. There is no power, and no possibility to run any cabling there.
My thought is to get a WiFi camera with solar to capture maybe 1-2 still images every minute. I don’t need PTZ. IR would be nice at night, but not a requirement especially due to the solar power.
This is not a security setup and I don’t need live video.
I’m using Blue Iris for my NVR so any help with that config would be helpful.
But my main question is, can anyone recommend a decent outdoor WiFi solar camera?

I am building one like this one soon, but I am going to use a good camera that is recommended here by everyone.
