Will new gigabit PoE damage my cameras?

Hello,

I'm planning to get new 16 port gigabit switch with PoE to replace 2 smaller ones that I have.
Doing research I came across Amazon.com: NETGEAR ProSAFE JGS516PE 16-Port Gigabit Rackmount PoE Web Managed (Plus) Switch with 8 PoE Ports 85w (JGS516PE-100NAS): Computers & Accessories
And was told to make sure IP cameras support gigabit PoE?
Reason for it is that Gigabit ethernet needs all 4 wire pairs. So Gigabit PoE works by running DC power over one of the wire pairs, and the normal Ethernet signal is added on top. If you plug it into a device which doesn't support Gigabit PoE, you can fry the device.
I have:
Camera 1: DS-2CD2032-I
Camera 2: DS-2CD2542FWD-IS

My questions is can the new switch damage it?

thats entirely bullshit.. you wont do any damage if they are IEEE 802.3AT/AF spec

• 8 PoE ports (802.3af) providing up to 15w per port/ 85w total PoE power

So I should be good?

What would you guys choose when it comes to reliability?
Seems like Netgear has more features ie. Web based management.
