wind chill/heat index enhancement

Hello - First I would like to say BIT is pretty awesome and I appreciate all of the effort that has gone in to the project. Would it be possible to consider the following enhancement? To allow for a user input threshold for the wind chill and heat index displays to display the wind chill only when the thresholds are true..for instance you could set your wind chill threshold for an outside temp of 40F and the wind chill would display at this temperature or less and you could set your heat index to an outside temp of 70F and the heat index would display at 70F or above and neither would display between 40 and 70.
